I posted this series on instagram the other day, but wanted to share it here too. 

Grief is exhausting, and part of it is due to the enormous amount of mental space that your loss occupies. Almost everything I do can be connected to my sister. Here are ten examples of everyday moments that have nothing to do with my sister and then everything to do with my sister.

    Holy shit, you hit me with these. Six years on and all of this is still true for me. Not the floss. I floss often enough that I’ve purchased a new one since 6 years ago. The trying to fall asleep one, I want to print out and hug it. Thank you for this. I’m sorry for this.
