Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind about your order, we will work with you to try to cancel before it is shipped. Please keep in mind that we do have a very quick processing time (all orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day). Because of this, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be processed in time.

If you'd like to cancel your order, here are the steps:

Scenario 1: If you placed an order and have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, reply to your order confirmation requesting to cancel. We will reply confirming the cancellation. If your order has not been packed yet, you will receive a full refund.

Scenario 2: If you placed the order and have already received a tracking number, email us ASAP. We may not yet have dropped the box off with the mail carrier. If we haven't, we can cancel the order minus a 15% restocking fee.

Scenario 3: Alternatively, we may be able to intercept the package if it is already en route. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the intercept fee (usually about $10). The order will also be subjected to a 15% restocking fee once it arrives back at our office.

We will always put a good faith effort towards resolving the situation according to your specifications. We appreciate your understanding that unfortunately, sometimes boxes cannot be intercepted before arriving at their destinations. In this case, we will be unable to cancel the order.
