Welcome to Here For You - we're glad that you found us but are so sorry that you need to be here. Our goal for this page is to direct you to resources that may be helpful as you begin to navigate your life following a monumental change.
A good place to start would be our curated resources page, which is continually updated with books, podcasts, social media pages, in-person and virtual communities. We host supportive storytelling communities on Instagram for people who have lost parents, siblings or children.
We also have blog posts on common experiences like anxiety, anger, keeping score, surviving the holidays, and the anniversaries.
If you did not find the information you were looking for, please use the chat feature or the contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that we are not mental health professionals and do not have formal training in grief, depression, death, critical illnesses, divorce, infertility, pregnancy loss, (insert other difficult life experience). While we don't have professional training, incredibly important people in our lives have both died suddenly and slowly because of unchangeable life circumstances and critical/terminal illnesses. From these experiences, we have looked for support, resources, and community to help us continue through life without our important and beloved people. It is from this ongoing search that we will gladly share with you what we know.
